Shipping & Returns

Need your order FAST?  No problem!  All in stock orders placed before 11:00AM MST are shipped the same day.
Although we are able to receive orders every day, at any hour, our shipping department only operates Monday through Friday, with the exception of holidays falling on those days.


Shipping Time Orders are shipped from several warehouse locations in Cincinnati, Reno, Seattle, New Jersey, Texas, Denver or Florida depending on proximity and availability.  Most orders are shipped in 1 to 6 business days after being placed. We will notify you within 24 hours if items you ordered are out-of-stock. 

Shipping Method Orders are shipped regular UPS ground. 
We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.
 Expedited shipping options and quotes are available at checkout.
 Orders shipped from multiple warehouses may incur additional shipping charges. 
Orders cannot be picked up at our home office or any of our warehouses.


Return Policy:
Need to return all or part of your order?  No problem!  Just email 
info@organicapparel.us with a complete list of all of the items you 
would like to return, including style numbers, colors, sizes and quantities. 
Please include your order number.  We will reply with return instructions.

Returns
 There are no restocking fees.
 Altered garments, or garments that have been worn are not returnable.
 Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
 Returns must be authorized by Organic Apparel, Inc.
 Returns without a RA # will be refused.
 Claims must be made within 10 days from receipt. 
Items must be sent Freight Pre-Paid.
 Please allow up to 10 business days for credits to be processed.
Cancellations. 
Order cancellation can only be made before shipment. 
Once shipment occurs, the return policy is in effect.
